Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital and software-related services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

A client may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • Payment was made in error or duplicated.

  • The project has not yet commenced.

  • INFOQORE VENTURES is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.

  • A cancellation request is submitted before substantial work has started.

  • There is a verified failure to meet clearly documented project requirements after reasonable resolution attempts.

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Custom software development

  • Website design or redesign projects

  • Mobile application development

  • Cloud migration and DevOps implementation

  • Mini ERP customization and deployment

  • UI/UX design services

  • Consultation or strategy sessions already completed

  • Domain registration, hosting, third-party licenses, or subscription fees

  • Completed milestones approved by the client

  • Any hours spent on research, planning, development, testing, deployment, or revisions are considered billable and non-refundable.

Project Deposits​

  • For most projects, an upfront deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Deposits secure project scheduling and resource allocation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

  • If the client cancels before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or processing fees.

Revisions and Issue Resolution

At INFOQORE VENTURES, client satisfaction is important to us. Before a refund request is considered, we encourage clients to allow reasonable opportunity for:

  • Bug fixes

  • Technical adjustments

  • Clarifications

  • Revision cycles agreed within the project scope

We are committed to working collaboratively to resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel ongoing services by providing written notice.

Where cancellation occurs after project commencement:

  • Payment will be calculated based on completed work and resources utilized.

  • Any outstanding balance for completed milestones may still be payable.

  • Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date may be provided at our discretion.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, or financial institutions.

Limitation of Liability

INFOQORE VENTURES shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption

  • Third-party platform failures

  • Delays caused by incomplete client communication or unavailable resources

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback throughout engagement.
